This practice uses acupuncture points by tapping on them. This creates a percussive vibration that radiates down the channels.
It has a meditative effect, which helps you access change at the subconscious level.
By expressing whatever is bothering you, like your fears, worries, anger, doubts, limiting beliefs, and/or other stuck emotions out loud while tapping in the sequence, your energetic body shifts with ease. Releasing old patterns and beliefs can shift your wellbeing. When stuck emotions start flowing, it can be such a relief. Physical pain decreases when it is connected to any of these patterns.
