Connect the dots in perimenopause to understand
where you are now and where you want to be.

Save Your Seat Here

When you deeply understand how
your hormones, brain and body interact
during perimenopause, the “what do I do?”
gets a whole lot simpler.

How many of these are
true for you?

⟶ Struggling with brain fog and forgetting everyday words
mid-sentence

⟶ Fighting decision fatigue and would love to never make another decision, ever again (including planning dinner or vacation)

⟶ Having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, and often finding yourself awake at 3am every morning

⟶ Feeling irritable, angry, emotional, or anxious without a clear reason behind it

⟶ Experiencing bloat, puffiness, and stubborn weight around the midsection that won't budge — no matter how hard you try

⟶ Running on empty by 2pm, even though your to-do list hasn't gotten any shorter

Welcome to the side of perimenopause
that nobody told you about.

You were warned about the hot flashes and irregular periods.

But perimenopause symptoms go far beyond that.

The decision fatigue, bloating, forgetfulness, mood swings,
and exhaustion are all connected to the same hormonal shifts.

Which means they're not random.

And they're not just something you have to ride out.

Learn what's actually happening
inside your body with hands-on,
intuitive practices for 7 days.

More energy. More clarity.
More like yourself again.

Simple Daily Actions

Short video lessons every morning

Each morning you'll receive a video in
your inbox breaking down hormonal changes
with one intuitive, actionable tip to support it.

The tips take less than 20 minutes
and don't
require you to overhaul your life.

Small actions add up to big change!

In 7 days, you can expect to:

  • Finally get answers to the questions you've been asking Google or brushed off as "just stress"
  • Understand the hormonal shifts behind the brain fog, the 3am wake-ups, and the 2pm crash — and why perimenopause is the thread connecting them
  • See how shifting estrogen and progesterone show up in your energy, mood, sleep, and body — in a way you finally understand
  • Read your body's signals as information instead of random symptoms you're supposed to
    just "deal with"
  • Have a simple daily practice that supports you through these hormonal changes, on your busiest day rather than your best one
  • Get a clearer sense of where you are in the perimenopause transition — and what your body is asking for in this phase

“These are honestly so helpful, I’ve been trying to “get it together” for ages (as you know) but the visuals and notes of the slides are exactly what my brain needed.

I’m taking screenshots so I can print them out. You make things a lot simpler to understand and less intimidating to put into practice.”

- MA, 45

“I took a 3-week vacation. While in Italy, I enjoyed ALLL the foods. The cheeses, pastas, wine,… everything. Far more than I usually do.

When I got home, I stepped on the scale, and yes, I had gained weight. But I just smiled. Because I know exactly what to do and how to eat to lose it.

Since I started cooking hormone-healthy food, I lost 20 lbs and lowered my cholesterol significantly. I can do it again.

The trip was worth it. I knew how my body would respond. It feels good to understand my body.”

The Perimenopause
Comeback is for you if:

You're in your late 30s, 40s, or early 50s and are noticing changes —
even if no one's called it perimenopause out loud yet

You're exhausted by a body that suddenly feels foreign,
and tired of hearing it's just stress or just aging

You've been doing "all the right things" and still feel off —
because what worked at 32 isn't what your body needs now

You'd rather understand what's actually happening than
keep guessing, trying something new, and starting over

You want simple practices that fit your real life,
not an overwhelming overhaul you'll abandon by Thursday

You're ready to finally understand perimenopause
so you can honor your body through this season of change

A quick note: this is built for the perimenopause transition —
the years when your cycle is still happening, even if it's become unpredictable.
If you're already postmenopausal, the hormonal picture on the other side is different,
and this challenge is built specifically for the transition before that.

MEET YOUR GUIDE

Jenna Beem, L.Ac

I was already a women's hormone specialist when perimenopause got personal.

I turned 40 during the pandemic, and my body started doing things it had never done before. Joint pain. Wide awake between 2 and 4am, after a lifetime of sleeping well. Waves of heat. Brain fog. Unexpected tears.

I already knew this stuff. I'd spent years working with women and hormones — I just hadn't applied any of it to myself.

Once I did, things started to change. I stopped asking "how do I get my old body back?" and started asking:

"What has changed in my body, and what does it need now?"

For over 16 years I've blended Chinese Medicine with modern Functional Nutrition to help women answer that question. Because perimenopause is so much bigger than HRT or no HRT — food, sleep, blood sugar, movement, stress, digestion, hormones. It all matters.

I don't want us spending these years trying to become the women we were at 35. There's a whole new version of us on the other side of this transition.

This is our time to thrive.

Learn what your body needs to deeply support your mind, body and emotional health in a way that feels intuitive for YOU.

That's the comeback, and it all begins here.
